- After we confirm your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Returns should be shipped using Nova Poshta Global or any other international postal service that provides a tracking number.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions (shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts), we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue a partial refund.
